Shipping Method: We ship all products via FedEx insured to the address of your choosing. Your order will be shipped within 2-7 business days after your payment has been received and verified. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been shipped.
For orders exceeding $500, we will only ship the product to your nearest FedEx location requiring photo identification for pickup. This is to ensure the safety and security of your purchase.
Shipping Rates: Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight and destination of your order. You will be able to view the shipping cost during checkout.
International Shipping: We currently do not offer international shipping. We only ship to addresses within the United States.
Delivery Time: Delivery times vary based on your location and the shipping method selected. Estimated delivery times are provided by FedEx and may be subject to change due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather or other disruptions.
Shipping Insurance: All shipments are insured. If your product is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately and we will work with FedEx to resolve the issue.
Delivery Requirements: It is your responsibility to ensure that the shipping address provided is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for any delays or additional fees incurred due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address.
If you are not available to receive the delivery, FedEx may leave a notice for you to reschedule the delivery or pick up the product at a FedEx location.
